The objective was to review the state of the industry
In April the annual meeting of the AESC (Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants) took place in New York, with leading worldwide headhunters, to tackle the most cutting-edge issues in the Executive Search industry. At the same time, the board of this organization, which is concerned with ensuring compliance with best practices also met. Our partner, Ximena Rodriguez, participated in her capacity as a board member of the AESC, representing Latin America and as a member of the Committee to certify new Chilean headhunters who apply to join the international association.
On Tuesday, May 10, Karen Greenbaum, the President and CEO of the AESC came to Chile for a meeting at the W hotel with a select group of headhunters: SommerGroup®, Korn Ferry, Stratos, Spencer Stuart, Transearch, Equation Partners, Humanitas, Stanton Chase and Amrop.
The executives met toanalyze the state of the industry globally. At that time, a study by the AESC was presented, and views about the industry were shared at international and local level, reviewing results, opportunities and challenges in the short and medium terms.
