1. ACCEPTANCE


This document (hereinafter, the “Terms”) governs the access to and use of the websites www.sommergroup.com and www.sommergroup.cl (hereinafter, the “Website”), operated by SommerGroup®, a firm specialized in Executive Search, Assessment, Coaching, and Onboarding.

By accessing, browsing, or using either of these sites, you (the “User”) accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

SommerGroup® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice. We recommend reviewing them periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These sites are primarily intended for users residing in Chile and Latin America. If you access them from another country, you do so at your own responsibility and must ensure that your use of the site complies with the local laws applicable to you.


2. USER CONDITIONS


Access to and use of the Website is exclusively intended for individuals with legal capacity to enter into contracts. Use by minors is not authorized.


3. LICENSE OF USE


SommerGroup® grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to temporarily access and view the content of the Website solely for personal or internal corporate, non-commercial purposes.

All Website content, including text, images, illustrations, videos, audio, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, and source code (the “Content”), is the property of SommerGroup® or third parties with whom legal agreements exist, and is protected by national and international intellectual property laws.

The User may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, transmit, create derivative works from, store, or use the Content for purposes other than those expressly authorized, unless prior written consent is obtained from SommerGroup®.


4. INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER


The User may provide information through the Website, for example, by submitting a résumé, applying for positions, registering for activities, or filling out contact forms.

By doing so, the User grants SommerGroup® a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for the maximum duration permitted by law to use such information for purposes related to its talent search and selection services, always in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy.

SommerGroup® does not verify or guarantee the accuracy or currency of the information submitted by users and reserves the right to edit or delete any information it deems inappropriate.


5. PROHIBITED USE OF THE WEBSITE


The User agrees not to use the Website to:

  • Commit acts that are illegal, immoral, or against public order.
  • Publish or transmit offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.
  • Distribute viruses or other harmful components.

SommerGroup® acts as a professional intermediary between candidates and companies. It does not guarantee that using the Website will result in a job offer, nor is it responsible for the hiring processes of third parties.

Users must exercise judgment and responsibility when evaluating offers, opportunities, and professional contacts obtained through the Website.


9. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES


The Website may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). SommerGroup® does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or security of such sites, nor does it imply any commercial relationship or endorsement. Access to these sites is at the sole responsibility of the User.

Creating links to www.sommergroup.com or www.sommergroup.cl from external websites without prior written authorization from SommerGroup® is prohibited.


10. PRIVACY


The processing of the User’s personal data is governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and must be read and accepted together with them.
